The original picuture came from Animedia, I think. Someone on the Sukisho LJ community scanned it.

Oh, don't we all dream of being held and kissed in the rain? I know I do :) .. This wallpaper is so full of passion and devotion that I almost can't stand looking at it for too long at a time.. but I do so anyway ! Definitely a favorite :D
