I think that's a pretty good vectoring of the scan. However it seems that some edges are jagged. Is that due to the resizing as a jpg because aren't vectors supposed to be smooth?
And I think "Beat of an Angel" is not the correct translation of the japanese characters there, unless you intend them to be not matching. Bokusatsu tenshi dokurochan is more like "beat them to death angel dokurochan".
