I really love this wallpaper, Kai.
This is definitely your best piece of work by far, and it definitely deserves more favs. over here - that's for sure.
What makes me think so?
First of all, the wallpaper background itself is definitely the key highlight over this entire picture. The background looks very realistic. I love the way you used the rain effects, and the weathered-down motion of the grass along with it as well.
The atmosphere - genuine. The mountain - nearly flawless.
The shrine seems to be pretty much in decent shape alright. It's not absolutely the best, but what makes it so remarkable is that everything fits very well in altogether, as if though it was a perfect fit to the puzzle. Even the scan blends and matches with the theme over here.
The most fascinating part? It looks as if everything was virtually hand-drawn, in my perspective. I could not even believe there was a hint of fog that snuck into the wallpaper like that, but for it to blend om that well - is absolutely stunning. The font is normal of course, and it does not stand out in the way of the wallpaper over here. Absolutely wonderful job, Kai. I would recommend a lot more people to look at this wallpaper, of course, because it simply is almost a complete and wonderful masterpiece, nonetheless. Almost - nearly that close. Good going! I am very impressed, nonetheless.
