So im back yet again with a new wally and its a BIG tribute to my Group familia Shinta, Ded, Sammo, Sapphire, Me and Kenzuke of IMANIMETIONS and its our 3rd Aniversary on the 15th so expect some new walls! Kudos to DREAM for having this on the site cos i was getting miffed cos i cant find anything anniversary wise for it so i browsed around and found yet a beautiful image almost depicting of my character i imagine and drew almost constantly and yeah she almost looks like that except she has an encrusted jewel on her forhead..hahah but enough of that first of all its still grunge brushes put all into that and since i reformatted my comp all brushes are fairly new...Put a noise texture to give it an old look and theres lots of Gaussian, duplication, experimented and brush layers here and there....
More resolutions in Imanimetions.net check it out when anniversary comes on the 15th....
So all in all its 63 layers and 4 1/2 hours of workage put on this baby!!!

Personal intent:
Well i cant talk about this much because its somewhat a form of playing with my emotions like its on a weighing scale...I for one Dwell in happiness just to manipulate and thwart people into thinking im such a sad bear cos really i am! I juggle both my past life and being burdened by love cos i fee as if i can never get over it...Some say once i let go of either three of those then my life would have some sort of a meaning but im edging more on the past so maybe i should forget and move on! But i dont know, maybe we would be meant for each other in the future or there is someone much etter for me without her....So i guess you can say the image on my wall is both the past beauty of my love before and the princess who would hold my hand in the darkness and take me away from both sorrow and sadness to make my wings become unscathed no more.

Ahh, you copied me! You did a Yoshitaka Amano wallpaper not even three whole days after I did, XD.
This is one of my favorite scans from the Yoshitaka Amano section of Minitokyo, so... /me likes it. I'm starting to feel a little less inclined to like grunginess, simply because it's so common on mt... but you've always been very good at it. Overall nice work!

It's nice that you made it for your group over at IManimetions. I love the colors and soft grunge, it's really easy on my eyes. The edges are a tad rough though. But that's probably from the original image? Also, maybe make the font alittle more readable. Overall, this is a very nice and simple wallpaper. Keep up the good work OracleAngel!

This is a very, very beautiful wall. I luv the bg, I like the grunge effect and how it creates a dark veil around the maiden. This princess you speak of looks brilliant, I like the gold-looking colour of her and how it seems to let off some sort of radiance. She appears to have such a solemn look on her face, like she is dreaming about something. Hmm, from that poem-which is good btw :)- the amount of emotion that is coming off this, and you real intent behind this wall, you must have had a rough break up and are still longing for this person, or someone that is suitable for ya. All I can say is that you will find someone to lift that heavy feeling off your heart one day, but in the meantime don't keep feeling bad about it. Similar to what Anita in r.o.d., people are meant to find each other :) . Magnificent work on the wall btw, can't wait to see you guyz' new work on your anniversary date ^uu^.

its nice and simple, the way i think most walls ought to be. anyways, i find myself making more walls that way recently even though they dont get good replies or posssibly, just arent very good. but in your case, i know they are good like this one and you did a damn fine job with the texturing as usual!

The glowing of the woman is so mesmerizing that it just draws you into the wall. The textures added to the already interesting image seems almost angelic and demonic at the same time. The white acts as a nice extreme highlight but I think it might need a little bit more dark. The area behind her head and maybe a little in front of her face feels like it needs to be a bit darker to offset the mass of light forming at the bottom right of the wall.
i also like how you followed the flow of the hair when laying down the color. It keeps the viewers eyes traveling throughout the wall and not off the page. So many talented artist....makes me want to hide in a hole myself....

Yay, so happy that IMANIMETIONS is turning 3 years old, and wow OA you made a cool Amano wallie! I swear, those series are getting very artistic walles on MT lately! XD Anyhoo, the pastel-like textures and colors makes the wallie feel passionate with the beautiful character and her goddess-like expression! I dun see many wallies like this anymore, Amano has some beautiful artwork! :)

Beautiful and expressive, the feeling in the wall is very evident; I love how her pose seems to communicate a feeling of the phoenix rising from the ashes, along with the fiery colors. Very representative of rebirth; I love the symbolism. ^_^ Stylistically, it's fairly simple but that really keeps it from gilding the lily; the scan speaks on its own. A fantastic job as I've come to expect, you really do make some truly heartfelt and expressive walls. Always be yourself, dear Grunge King. ^^

Amano is such a weird artist, sometimes I really find his work ugly (actually most of the time), but sometimes it's beautiful, I dislike the way he draws faces, but I can feel throught some of his wrok a great inspiration. well it's a matter of taste. my friend have many artbooks of him and love it...
well back at your work : it's great ! ^^ you choosed a nice picture, and you worked added your style with harmonia on Amano's style ^^ .
