I've always loved this image of Parn and Deedlit [Lodoss Wars] unfortunately the scan I cannot remember where I got it online -_-... If someoneknows, or has it on MT- please notify me and I'll give the proper credits :)
well, alot of layers, made the grass and most of the bg, except the trees are stock images, all kinda edited to blend together- i was happy with the grass :) I tried making it look like it was receeding with values- hope it works >_<
hopeyou like- i know, its not one colour- belly hardly ever doesss this ^_^' ...

nice, very nice, I like the nature bg, it is just surreal, the blending is just so smooth, but the real skill is how you blend in the natural landscape so real. Just like pic taken from a camera, and the color is very vivid, it makes everything so real. Great job bel-san, if I haven't know this is a wallie, I would have thought this was a photography.

well maybe the characters stand out too much, but they fit the bg well though, i like the guy with the leaf in his mouth to whistle, ahah reminds me of my young days ^_^' .... really a nice wall bel XP -

i must admit i love the bg - it kinda reminds me of your wallie where the bg was made of national park photo. You balanced the realism and the editing so it looks realy good. I especially like the fog and the way the grass in the bg develops into the one made by you it's - almost seamless, the only (minor) bug is that i feel it's bit too bright at the front. Still you made it nicely.
That's also one of my favourite RoLW scans so i'm glad you turned it into wallpaper. I alway thought about them being on some sunny hill or sth like this - yet your idea works perfectly.

I like this picture too. ^_^ Deedlit looks so adorable. I love the forest bg and the wonderful job on the grass. So realistic. The effects really give it a warm lazy summer days. Very nice~

This is a nice scenery concept and would have worked out really well if you had some either some painting or filter work on all the stock stuff in order to blend everything in and give it more of that "animated" look. But aside from that this isn't too bad!

Lol, it's not one colour! Unusally indeed for you Bel-san, but it's nice, you should do more *hint, hint, nudge, nudge* ^^
You're right, it is a very nice scan but the extraction needs some work around the hair of the characters. I like the green, forestry atmosphere of the wall. The grass is nicely done and it's cool how it leads you from the foreground to the background of the wallpaper. I really like the tall trees and how they're clouded over with mist, but I think the stock images in the middleground still look too realistic to blend with the scan. Overall, it's a great scenic wallpaper.
