I don't own this, but yet another cool scan i found one night while looking for pics. I dont remember this guy's name but he was after Chun Li and fought Ken once in the ring. His eyes remind me of a demons eyes. ^.^

This picture of Vega (Balrog in Japan) is by artist/cover artist Jo Chen. The picture is from the Street Fighter Comicbook by Udon Comics and this is a holofoil cover (minus the holigraphic effects of course). She did a whole series of these. I currently only own the Chun Li cover. They were 10 bucks each when released so I couldn't afford all of them.
