Hitsugaya is just great , so since i dont find any really good scan i made and image from a scan of the psp game ^^

Given that I have never found the time to learn how to vector, I've always been a little in awe of people who can. That said, this vector does have some issues. Elements around the edge are missing or cropped awkward, including the hilt of Hitsugaya's zanpakuto, omissions which, I assume, were the result of either accident or the limitations of the original scan.
Either way, it's nice to see more images of the jyubantai taicho!

this vector is quite nice but, there are some prob on it, like the eyes and the hands, i think it because of the original scan or the screenshot

Ah! Cool! Hitsugaya rules!
Although the vector as a whole has issues with borders and outlines, the way the face was done is what made me chose this as a highlighted submission. Unconventional eyes but extremely clean.
