This picture can be considered as surrealistic. That means there a lot of symbols in it or you can associate certain items with other ones. Surrealism shows things that are beyond your logical mind. Most of the symbols in this digital painting indicate death or simply the end/doom of things.

Anyway, you have good technique. Improving your piece of artwork gradually,
making changes here and there which I think made the picture turn out well.
Surrealism is one of my favorite styles. How you drew the shadows of the crooked lamp posts as straight ones add great effect. "Doom" or end of the world could mean lots of seemingly illogical and absurd things which I guess could be the symbolism behind the weird shadows?
But yes, I will stop rambling now, and I must say, marvelous work here. The coloring could use a little work, but that just needs some more practice.

This is so awesome. It reminds me of Alice in wonderland, in some strange aspect lol. I really like the character design, because it seems to really suit the the bg you drew. I also thought it was really cool how you drew the whole thing. Just too good. I love the water, but the whole doujin gives a real soft appeal. Excellent work.
