WOW! What an awesome wallpaper. Belldandy is lovely as usual and the BG is superb, especially the sakura tree. This really is a work of art, I give an A+ and it will definitely be in my FAV's!
Personally I did not like the image you chose to work with, the eyes and everything looks unnatural and such...
But the wallpaper and everything was well done, lovely effects and whatnot.
