another wall from me! hopefully, it shows some improvement. hopefully is a keyword.
first off the scan used was from the only artbook i own from Arina Tanemura.
truely, i'm in love with the artwork. very impressive. it looks like anime with
a sentimental feel of real life. 
soo
pretty. back to the wall, the scan was naked to start off with (eyes shifts). so
i clothed her by vectoring one and adding some details including the jewelry. i
think she looks better with it on rather than off. sorry, guys. 
i dont wall naked chicks...
the clock was a tricky process. at first i had wanted the clock behind to make it appear she is sleeping on it. but the way it turned out was a lot better. the reason for the clock on the bottom relates to the story of Time Stranger Kyoko. The plot of it was to find the 12 strangers (the term of someone pocessing power to control an element) that pocessed the power to awaken the sleeping Princess of the Earth Nation.
another tricky part was to make it look so different and somewhat unique. tried various blending and colors. settled to this blue-ish one because my sister it looked better than the purple one.

i'll replace with the purple one if it appears better. i didn't know which to
choose.

change it to the purple one .... andandand .... the scan looks a witto dry .. ;-; go and blur it or something <3

i'd have to agree with sakura, the scan looks a bit grainy, but it came out prett y nice. i notice your vectoring is improving. if i could sugest one thing i'd say to scoot the text a tad to the left so that its not all on the border. otherthan that the wall looks nice. keep it up sis. =] +fav

I like the bluish one better too... The colors are more fresh than the purple. ^^
lol I like the pruple one more because her hair is blonde and purple is much warmer and closer to it
i think the hair is a little messy and (a bit cut off at the right XP You coulda vectored that
) and
a few more layers on top of the scan coulda improved the quality. You might also
wanna consider some hue saturation or lighting effects 
You improved, definitely, and more pocky and kudos for you (n_n) !
