Its really nice but I have a few key issues
1 To many birds and next to the buildings they are huge!
2 All the leaves facing the same way and being the same shape on the tree makes it look really flat and fake, you should add some branches or something.
3 the tree is too small, it needs to be comparable in size to the main characters if you want it to look like its in the foreground with them
3 The ripples in the lake are all the same size so it looks like there is no distance in the lake
4 The clouds could be better

I really like the bridge and the basic composition.

finnaly again some wallpapers...i got a bit ...dunno of the vectors....its a fine wallpaper and great overall

Lol funny title. yeah I like this one alot. Reminds me of a scene from Cardcaptors that happened similar to that pic. Really like teh city in the background it'sa really nice touch

well well...what happened to that water in there X_X
seems weird...but the ripple effect seems nice...but funny needs some more work on that fence. (is it fence..? dunno the english word for those)
image extraction is good...really good. However u can blend it a little more. Also that aura kind thing that surrounds them...seem like a copy-paste job on the back but seems quite fine on the front part. And...ahem...just put a little blur on the upper left buildings
I really like the composition though...nice work on this one. ^^

This is the point I was trying to stress to you over AIM, but you misunderstood me for sure. If the buildings are in the distance, there should be less of a reflection in the water. If you're going to make water go into the distance, you need to do the ripple effect first then make use of the perspective transformation and zoom out to as much as needed to increase the distance at the bottom and decrease the distance in the back. The rest of the wallpaper seems really good though. Keep up the great work.

Well, it looks pretty good. the tree looks a bit starnge, but it's okay. the clouds do look a bit funny. Overall, this is a really nice wall, I think it looks cute. Keep up the wonderful work.

I think you have a little bit problem, though. The first and second building from the left should be a little bit blurry, since the rest of them are blurred. You may perspective the reflections to make it look more real. And last, the leaves are all facing the same way.

Anyway i like it, the rippples could be better made just a tad bit but all togehter the city scape, tree and birds going around the whole bg i s great! Nice job as always girl.
