i did this sketch a year ago and just had to colour her in. Isnt she cute.
I used the wet brushes in photoshop to colour her in ^^ Hope you like...

nice bubbly bath. wet brushes in photoshop.
the effect turned out pretty good. there is a bit of jaggedness in the pic . however still a good effort.

However i think adding more range of color will add more to the cool char .
