Hi there,
This is my newest wallpaper "Angel's Landing" or as the Kanji says Tenshi no randingu :3. It took me a little less than a week to finish this wallpaper. well only worked on it for some hours per day. well i must thank tatekane, tama-neko, shinn84, muzonaz, bromithia and lots of other ppl who gave me suggestions on what to improve!
Originally at the very beginning wip1 it had a blue sky and a rather crappy looking cliff and i just accented at how the sky would look like.

here i added clouds (thx shinn84) and started brushing the shape of the
cliff...also notice, i didnt recg the scarf yet.

so here i clone stamped back some of the cliff and smudged/erased it to give it
a more realistic look...

more editing on the cliff :3

started to recg the scarf in shape of...wings :3 doesnt look like wings neways

recged the other part and applied some paint strokes..brushed and erased them so
they look like the art itself :3

removed the shadow from the cliff and made it darker

lowered the opacity of some clouds

changed the color of the scarf to something more matching and it really looks
better than before

edited the clouds in the lower part agan...some ppl could see brush strokes from
the erasing and smudging

changed sky color to orange, it fits the cliff and the character more

changed the position due to the lightning on her and added wispy stuff :3 for
she IS an angel who just landed

just hid the kanji to edit the birds better...darker now

also notice i added little details to the cliff

added kanji for bakuretsu tenshi behind the kanji for tenshi no randingu and
debris from her landing on the cliff

lowered opacity on kanji's glow and removed english text and removed some
birds

added more debris and included english text again also debris have little glow since the sunrays are shining onto
them...

added stronger glow, sunrays on the left not removed yet
so the final version is what you see now :3 the sunrays are away and i put my
sig and other infos int he bottom which will get covered by the taskbar
i hope you liked this little walk through my wallpaper and hope you enjoy
viewing this as much as i enjoyed doing it

first on~ the sky:

anyway it looks really great.. I always like clouds and look out for them
the light trail is pretty nice..
but weird at where the birds are
I think the birds ahouldn't be blurred so much.. since the cloud doesn't look very blur.. like this is infinite focus.. plus the birds could be slightly smaller.. they seem really really far to me
the sun looks very not bright
then the foreground
the details are great.. not too much to complain
the edges are uneven.. but guess its purposely made so I live with that
those debris uhhurhurhur.. ok they are ok
the scan.. what to complain -.- I don't know the character or anything
ok hmm. the cged part looks weird in comparison with the red part of the scarf.. the cged part looks like it.. glows to me
then on to the title..
the tenshi no what... randingu? I don't like how the title is made =p it looks kinda pixelated at the edges.. the colour is not my taste too.. it looks very faint and weird
ok in all its really good.. I just never like to comment on the good parts

nice wallpaper... but the cliff , just a little bit strager to look, from the feet of the girl cover by the cliff, the cliff looks like a mountain and then a giant girl?? and the birds?

Um. hard to say anything. everyone else surely have said how great this is in the other comments. although i didn't like the anime, this wallpaper makes me glad it was made.
but the ground could use a few.. something. i don't know. it's ground alright, but maybe a bigger cliff or something could have worked? i'm thinking like the edge of the grand canyon or something like that. to give the character a more <insert word> feel. it's there, but more could work.
wings are good too. the left wing (our left, not characters) looks a bit.. big.. where it starts compared to the right. maybe it's the angle.
kanji (?), birds, clouds and the color of the sky is perfect.
don't get what's up with the pebbles, though.
