It's nice...but Nami's a bit too out-of-focus. Also, for a wallpaper of that size, there's a little too much "free space" in the background. I like how you wrote "One Piece," though, and Nami does look pretty nice...

I definitely have to 2nd the blurry comment. The dead space isnt a huge thing but in a way it does kind of bother me i think you would have been better off placing the umbrella closer to nami and have the dead space where icons go. But then again this is coming from someone who cant make wallpapers, so i dont know how valid my opinion is. Still a decent wall keep it up.
