this wallpaper's original concept came from the original scan but the background
was made by MEE!! so no accusing this of being a scan

as for the name - it originated from a chinese saying which equates to "surrounded on all sides" in english. ten side ambush is also the chinese name for House of Flying Daggers so no bashes on the name either xD
pixelheaven members wootazn and limality both are making Hyung Tae Kim wallls ( magna carta / War of Genesis ). Checkem out when they are done - it'll be great.

wow thats awesome sword.. wasn't it fourside ambush? otherwise you have a pretty awesome bg going on i think the clouds kind of ruin it a bit.. and it would been nice to see the sky through those thick red smoke pillars

This is very cool. There is a lot of great magna carta stuff around but I really like this. It looks almost LotR-ish the way they're all poised as a party, ready for battle. Keep it up!
This looks great. The characters blend in well with the character but I do think the smoke clouds in the background could do with a bit of softening. Still an excellent job nonetheless.

But the smoke, I'm not sure about. on some places it tends to mask the scan a little too much...
The background is better than in the original picture lol! My only grip is about the grain of the scan or is it the JPEG artefacts? =/ Besides that, I don't really dig the text placement either.
The wall is filled enough to me. Anyway, good job, it's a +fav for me.

one thing that I feel not appropriate would be the text.... the placement is kinda bothering..

Simply awesome, sword. I really like the background sky and the colours of the overall wallpaper. It creates a war atmosphere. The characters of course are really cool. The text fits in quite nicely as well. A job exceptionally well done, and one for my favourites.
