New wallpaper ^__^
I finally decided for the background of this wallpaper.
To tell the truth I was thinking about some other background: sky with moon.
Bu then I thought that sky with moon bores me a lot because mainly all of my
walls have a sky background. Time to do something different 
The wall mainly bases on this scan:

I extracted the girl and cleaned the folt in the middle of her hair and get rid
of the text. After that I cleaned the hole image and resized it to the
resolution I needed.
I worked a bit on the flowers because they were mainly white but I wanted to
have some shades in them.
Last I added the lightening effects on the crystal she is holding. I wanted it to glow and I hope you will like the result.
The main focus is on the girl and the crystal she is holding so I blurred the background and added the text (this took me so time to figure out how I need to warp it).
Last but not least I added a slightly bid of texture over the hole image so that it would blend in better.
The title of this wall is the title of the artbook from which the scan is taken. It's one of my favs because I love the art of Yuu Shiina and the pics are amazing.

nice background, it doesn't over shadow the image you used. I like the sparky effect you used, so pretty. the color scheme is nice as well. great job!
The character, colors and extraction is very nice. The only problem is the background. The forground, and your character are distinctly obvious and clean when compared to your background. Your work would look incredible if the window and walls looked sharper. Another thing is the moon. The glow around it is a bit to obvious and again distinct in the space, it has to be more hollowish. A bit white gloomy glow I think
It
looks more like a white Sun to me 
But overall, your work is very nice. I specially like its neatness, concept and colors.

though the whole background is a bit blurry..
it would be nice if you make the bg sharp just like the girl
but i guess you made that intentionally

I have to disagree there, I think the slightly blurred background provides a nice contrast to the foreground. The background does have a problem though: those black specks on the upper-right side...I had thought something was stuck on my monitor at first.

I like the concept a lot. The crystal does shine very very bright. The wallpaper is good on viewing it for a while, longer viewing will strain eyes of some people. Keep it up:)

I really like the bg and it was a nice
choice to blur is a bit, gives more depth to the wall.
As for the shiny thing in her hand, it bothers me somewhat
not sure why, but I think it's too much...like maybe
a little spark might have been better.
But anyways it's very nice and great job cleaning
