Hi!
Well, first, I made this wall some time ago, in that time my nik was Hioogami...
But whatever i just change the nik to Roukiami and i try to make it looks better
(really I'm Hioogami XP).
I use some brushes filters and color overlay for the rasengan and chakra effects.
I really don't know what colors use in this wallpaper, but i tray to use the same color of the normal chakra (blue) with a red contrast.
In the back i use some lines with filters and blures, and the background are
just brushes with filters. (Yeah i love the brushes 
... is
just... I don't know how to describe better)
I don't know what more say just

About your answer, I change my nik a lot of times, I was: Sakura_Ookamichan, next: Ookamichan, next: Nemuoni, Next: Hioogami, and last Roukiami
Ookamichan was my favorite, but that is an usual nik, so many people have the same nik.
and for that a change my nik, and I like so much Roukiami more that Hioogami, and hope don't chage it XP
