What an awesome idea! I love the crossing between Lacus and CC. I have to say I would have never thought of that (though it's not really that unusual).
And the execution is really neat! I love this! I think it's the best Chimaera entry so far!

I like this one. A seamless meld of CC and Lacus with the subtle transformation in base images consistent with each character. Well done.

Now that you vectored it, C.C does look beautiful in Lacus's clothing (never thought of that). Darn, looks like you beat me to a C.C vector. Anyways, I love it!

I'd also have to say this is the best chimera entry I've seen, in terms of combining two scans. I would have thought you'd vectored a normal scan of C.C. if I wasn't already familiar with the Lacus scan.
I see what you mean with the hair, but as you said, it's too late :P Otherwise it looks amazing. I love the colours you gave the dress, and a Lelouch Haro is too funny ^^

Combining the two most popular ladies on anime and, of course, Minitokyo is something that I would never think (or hope) about. Plus you really pull off the idea perfectly! The vectoring is flawless, though I prefer thicker outlines...
