I've been really enjoying Clannad recently, and one of my favorite characters is Sunahara.
When I seen this scenario of Okazaki thinking of Sunahara, it just cracked me up and I wanted to do something with it.
It's all vectored from the screenshot with a few little changes, as I used a texture in the blankets.

The vector seems a tad blurry. Maybe that is an effect you were going for, though.
Actually it was the effect. I was hoping for the shadows and blankets to seem soft, dream-like, and not too crisp. To make it "relaxed". Without taking too much away, I softened it up.
