Completion time: A couple of days, i was prepared not to count xD
Programs: Adobe Illustrator for the vector. Made the stars by scattering the brush. Nebula background googled.
Notes: The High Quality Vector can be found at my livejournal, since i had vectored this originally to print out a 18" x 24" poster.
