*looks around* it's been so long since I submitted a wall that it took a minute to remember how. Lame title, I know.
This was my entry for Which?Waller Round 5 - Leap Year. We had to use art from Sgt. Frog (which I'd never really paid any attention) and for me it was a challenge. So I thought "what will be unexpected from me?" and I was sure a sexy girl, a different aspect ratio and an attempt at realism would be so out there no one would EVER suspect me! I was wrong. I bet it was the vector lines in the bg. On the girl, I vectored VERY carefully and did tiny lines, and used gradients to smoothe out the shading (it was a pretty crappy scan) but I did my usual chunky lines on the couch, hoping the girl's boobs would distract from the bg...sigh. The issue of Newtype on the floor is a scan from here at MT that I messed with while watching Dexter (I will never see a frog on Newtype without thinking about serial killers again). I realized after I was done that Newtype reads right to left so the pages are on the wrong side, but I was cutting it so close on finishing that I was like "%$*#& it!" and left it opening wrong.
I was tickled to see that someone thought that bromithia's wall was by me since his was much better.

I totally LOVE this wallpaper. The funky colours were what made me think it was you who made it! (I'm frustrated I didn't get to vote T-T). The wallpaper is lively cheerful - AWESOME!
I like this wall b/c its totally different than your other stuff.
