Another ink/toning piece... It's part of the "Colors" series that I
wanted to do yet as always got lazy halfway... 
anyways, had lots of fun with this one--especially her skirt and boots and hair ^^
the toning was half done then somehow I started procrasinating... so yet again,
submitted like 3 months later... bg is kinda messy to me... but mehh... 
put a lot of work into the inking for this one.. 
and this is kinda more blue-ish... but i wanna do a dark/navy blue for the "Blue" one... :P

i agree a darker/heavier blue would be better but only on the BG.
