This isn't the suit from the "Cinderella" show, it's from "Romeo
and Juliet". I thought of naming it "New Cinderella" not only
because of the outfit (my mistake), but because Sora is aspiring to become a
star just like Layla did with her shows -rise from the bottom and get to the
top, like Cinderella did when she met her prince. Thank you for pointing out my
mistake, Momoka-chan 
I used these two images to make the vector: Layla by Mew1Mokuba and this screenshot. The scan was quite grainy and the colors were off in some parts so I had to pick them myself and also include some shadows. I like the outcome, though, it took a week's work, on and off.
As you can see, this vector is made up almost solely of shape layers -solely
because I used a raster layer for the signature 
I had
fun making it and I'm surprised it didn't take me long to finish it (I spend a
lot of time when vectoring something). I'm happy because the rules said we could
use gradients, I used some on the skin shade and the veil shade to make them
look more elaborate
The part which annoyed me most was the fur at her neck because it took the most
time at patience 
I really enjoyed vectoring the veil and the feathers on her head; the veil is
semi-transparent but I'm afraid it doesn't show in JPG format -I'll upload the
PNG later and post a link to it. And I also love my bubbly signature!

This is a nice vectoring job with clear linework and colouring (pardon my ignorance about vector work). However, I can't help but feel that Sora's expression doesn't quite fit in this situation. I could see a more enthusiastic expression (contrasting to the original scan of Layla) reflecting the elegance and poise Sora achieves in the second season (KS New Wings) rather than the somewhat distracted look she has at the moment. While I understand the category is Chimera this picture just doesn't look quite right. Thats it! I feel that Sora's facial expression is out of context. It would be suitable if there was someone else in the picture in close proximity (i.e. about to kiss her per the original screenshot), but having her on her own looking like this makes her overly pensive or a "stunned mullet". Apologies if I'm being overly critical about this one.

Waa, nice body/head adaptation! At first I was wondering "did Sora ever wear that outfit? I don't remember that~ O_O" lol~ xDDD
Confusing the shows is okay, there are so many anyway~ lol~
Great work on the trasparency on the veil thing~ looks so twirly~ >u<
But I feel the fluff thing should be more red rather than so magenta-ish~ to match the outfit rather than her hair, lol~
