I'm shure almost all of us remember this cute face. Yup, it's Hotaru, Chibi-Usa's best friend from the famous (or infamous for some) Sailor Moon.

Oh I remember this! There's an art exactly like this in:

I visit that site often to see if Ryutaro Hino updated the site for 2008.
That site has THE most beautiful Hotaru art there is. Put Ryutaro Hino in the credits if you can.
