One of the main chara is the girl on the right side: Guu! She is dressed like
the little thing on the left, a Pokute, and you can also see a strange cat with
thousand legs! 
If you didn't watch it yet, I'll suggest to do it!

lol yeah, it was a crazy/funny anime from what I remember.
Nice vector and wall, just the lines are a bit bleh~ brush lines it looks.
