What tools did you use? And how much time have

Oh, finally a good question! :'D (hrm yina, two not one.. 
)
I used my lovely pen (sketch + lineart: 12 hours, I was distracted by food @_@),
Photoshop (the colouring took me 2 days, msn's ebil) and my tablet.
