I really like that frame, oh and the colours! Natural, warm and brownish. :3 Although I don't like the sharp color of the lilies thingies (green/red), it takes too much attention (imo) but it doesn't matter much because in overall this looks awesome!

Really neat vectoring, I simply adore the thin lines, and the blurriness of Belldandy really nicely accentuates the fact that she's a goddess (ethereal).
The frame <3 was there any other possibility? I'm a sucker for Mucha so every little bit of it is loved by me and you did a fabulous job on it.
The lilies were a fantastic idea, they make a wonderful, subtle background (sooo nouveau ) and emphasise the main point of the wall (Bell)

Oh, and don't you dare feel like a fashion victim when it comes to ArtNouveau - there's no such thing as too much Nouveau

i'm bothered by some lines...interesting background, but i'm also bothered and i agree with missy g about red green thingies. Other than that excelent job

Well, well, I have seen a BUNCH of nouveau wallpapers lately /: It's really amazing how fast trends are set.
Anyway, the wallpaper is really nice, the frame is definitely my favorite part. But I wonder why Mucha is the only one who's works are used, I mean, Mucha is not the only Noveau artist, we have Klimt and Beardsley, just to name a few.
Belldandy looks gorgeous, but she doesn't blend that well with the background; and the Lilies! God, they are beautiful but waaaay too repetitive!
Overall, it's good one. Keep it up, abul!

nice vectoring and painting, however, I think there are a few things you can improve on (or keep in mind in the future if you want to do something similar):

- The vector of Belldandy looks blurred, but the frame behind her is sharp. It should be the other way around, since she's in the foreground and the focus, and the frame is the background and behind her.

- The lilies, although well-painted, don't match the colour scheme of the rest of the wall, esp the greens and reds. You've got browns and blues and golds to work with, and thus the background should fit those colours, esp since nouveau walls tend to have limited colour schemes. The lily petals are also too bright/white, you can't tell the shading too well, and it lets the greens and reds of the centers stand out even more. Try doing a colour or saturation adjustment.

- Did you vector the frame designs from the Mucha scan, or did you design it yourself? I think it could be modified to make it with softer rounder edges to match the gentle mood of Belldandy and the lilies.

- The text looks out of place. Either remove it altogether, or incorporate it into the design. If you want it simply as the titile of the piece and thus part of the signature, then make it smaller and actually put it as part of the signature. Right now, it's somewhere in between being part of the design and part of the signature, so it looks kinda slapped-on, almost as an afterthought.
