well its a 99% painty wallpaper
and it really makes me sad 
because it doesnt even look like i did put effort in it

as u see it's a. low quality and b. no shading at all
so i had to vector the lines first, which was so tough esp the rose, i mean i
had to create a half of the outlines myself if u
look attentively u can notice how i changed some lines, esp the hair ones
plus i added the extra lashes for a GOOOOORGEOUS LOOK!
painted-coloured completely myself, the scan was more like a sketch and it didnt
even have any shad so everythings made by me 
the easiest part i guess was the red ribbon on her neck and the hardest part
was.... everything else 
lol even the rose was hard

I also think some outlines on the petals would be nice. The best part is definitely the transformation of the black and white scan into this gorgeous vector/painting.

I have to agree with you!..The lashes you added enhances and "dramatize" the gorgeous-ness of the lashes! The colors that you chose makes this wallpaper a very porcelin doll effect on yuki! Its so realistic! The pink shades really makes this atmosphere..of...i cant explain it but it has its own nice atmosphere! The shades are really gentle and has a warm feeling! ^_^ Keep up the good work! o right and one more thing...my favorite comment to give is...from a black and white plain picture...you manage to give it life!
