its crazy
its the hardest vector ive ever ever EVER, EVAAAAAAA done!
yeah, doesnt seem so hard but its harder than all of my previous vectors 
i started vectoring the scan that was all tagged, and it was so painful
reconstructing all the parts
and imagine how painful was to find a textless scan the next day [thanks to
marissa]
yeah, i even cried a little, but oh well, its life
though, the textless scan was much lower quality so the tagged one really helped
me much ^^
i really tried to keep it as much close to the manga scan as i could
kept ALL the freaking lines and strokes
i really hope it gets highlited, it really does worth it
sooooo....

Maybe you should recheck the scan.. There isn't any strands and scribbles like that in the eyes.

Looks really god! Even though I wanted to vectorize that scan as well, but my stupid computer died...
Love it, even though I'm not really fond of those lines... I know that the scan was like that but I don't really like to see them vectorized...

details are done well although the lines are a bit jagged in some areas and the
vectored pieces in her eyes seem a bit odd [hope i didnt offend you 
] the colours have been done nicely and you did really well vectoring that
image

Well,
the vector is very nice, and Clamp work are rather hard to vector, so kudos on
your work (meh... Kobato 
) The scribbles make her look kind of strange (but then Kobato is freaking
strange and unlike all her fans I think her mindless attitude is annoying so I
like the feeling we get from the vector) >:D
I can tell, just by looking at it with all the tagged all around, that it's a great job you've done with it! I really admire the labour it took to accomplish.
