Okey doke, a friend of mine pointed out that the girl in the scan is in fact Mitsuki, and not Meroko. With that somewhat embarrassing error corrected, i just ditched the text and manouvered everything else to fill the hole. So this is a version 2...
I took the original scan of Mitsuki (I think there's one on this site too) and built the rest of the image myself using bits and pieces from the original scan. I hope my handiwork looks all right.
