This pic dedicated for my boyfriend who study aboard..huuhhhhhh..come back here now before I kick you fly to the moon. ~heh, ~heh, ~heh..*grin*.
Anyway, this character named Cyrene. She is from the Lach (water element). She
is an ambitious and arrogant girl who will do everything to get whatever she
want. Her clan is a Hakoon in this time world creation, who are the leader when
God judge the world with water. For her Lucia is a best friend, childhood
friend, rival and the most dangerous enemy. And she is really grateful that
Lucia had zero interest in the war

I like
your char, doesn't seem to fit with the story you gave it though :P But I love
the shine of the metal/crysal most!
Nonetheless, I feel that the detail is overwhelming, and Cyrene blends right into the background. I'm not trying to take away from the fact that you put so much work into it, because that's just incredible.
But Cyrene looks like a porcelain doll, fragile and shallow. Not at all like the ambitious, arrogant girl she's meant to be.

Oh...my...GOSH! =O This is truely a work of art. This should be framed and hanged in a museum. In addition, people should have to pay just to look at it! I mean the detail is just incredible! I'm sitting here trying to think of what more positive things to say because of how good this picture is, but I'm pretty much speechless.
