I cleaned it up as much as I could. It's rather messy though 
Not much to say, it's really simple. Painted some cloud stock (I'm actually
kinda pleased with my clouds. Candy-chan's tutorial finally works for me (well,
kinda...))
I was actually working on a Reborn! wallie, but I'm stuck with the background,
so I decided to work on something else.

Cute wallpaper. The texture adds a nice touch. I think you did a pretty good job on the petals; you can kind of tell that you made them. It looks a bit rushed. I love how you did the sky

surprised you made the sakura petals yourself, it really turned out wonderful.
