anyway, i got the manga scan from somewhere 
i
don't remember where. i like the pose *oh yeah *
and so i decided to vectored the outline and colored it
i hope it turned okay
cropped the vector and play texture into it.
and yeah put rainbow behind it xD lol~

Ahhh... seen this at AP but haven't been able to comment. Gomen. Anyways, I love the vector.. And the fact it's from manga scans, impressed me even more.. coz I'm bad at coloring manga scans. Oh yeah, KKM R OVA 3rd episode is a LOVE! *wink* *wink* WolfYuu 4eva!

maybe you should not use texture to
let your vectoring stand out more but overall

the colouring has been done wonderfully and the colours you chose suit well

placement of the rainbow in the background adds a nice touch when referring to
the background in its lovely splendor 
it's a nice contrast placing them more to the side compared to in the middle somewhere and adding the roses on the otherside balences the wall out for consistency, which is a good thing
colour:
the shadding and the colour is pretty good considering you vectored this from a monochrome scan.
quality:
the quality is pretty good and the vector is pretty neat except for one or two jaggard lines but they're hardly noticeable.
uniqueness/creativity:
the use of the gradients for your roses are a nice touch and the rainbow is what makes your wallpaper really fun to look at
overall:
theyre isnt much to complain about your wall and with its fun and vibrant colours, its hard not to like it
other thoughts:
also
it would be nice if your roses had the same depth like they [the characters] do
instead of just a gradient.
the textures are something that always brightens your walls up and adds that little extra depth and texture to your wallpaper. and i always love the lines on your vectors since they all have their own thickness and variation so its nice to see something like that
