We started this at the beginning of Dec and once
she finished vector I wasn't sure of what bg to give it.
But since the scan is big already I didn't want to give it a big
messy thing so I thought the usual was ok.
Vectored the stars and confetti, made snow and
used textures to put it all together.
Changed the lighting to make it look more
exciting and bright, since it's all "happy" and stuff.
Well, just wanted to make something decent for
this year so Thanks Peni and Merry Christmas~
