another old wall of mine, actually, not so old this time. the title is a weird
cross between this wall's previous name and a suggestion by a friend,
aplastictree. xD sorry if it's rather long. 
anyway, the story goes kind of like this:
a while ago, i was contemplating going on hiatus and leaving behind walling for
a while. but, i ended up acquiring reasons to make another wall when i saw this
great (not quality-wise, obviously) screenshot of darker than black. what are
the reasons? 1) mao is just so hilarious in this scene; 2) i'm a photoshop
addict, lol; and 3) because i wanted to see how wonderful it is to vector a lot
of detail without lag.
hundreds of layers went into the bushes. hundreds of colors. each leaf is hand
drawn, which took a long time. i have NO idea how i managed to finish it all.
what i'm not happy about is that real life (and some laziness) made me
compromise my plans for this wall. i ended up not adding more detail to the
bushes towards the right or to the wall. 
still, i invested a lot of effort in this one.

Pure genius! Not only is the setting hysterical, but the line-work and bold colours emphasise the cartoon hilarity of the situation. To finish it all off is the technical ability of hundreds of different layers & hundreds of subtly different colours. It creates a wonderful sense of depth that gives added life to the whole comical scene. A wonderful wall that deserves acknowledgment for all the hard work & perfectly executed technique.
