Great work with background and extraction. I love the passages in the sky and the fireflies.
I dunno why but the old version is looking a bit better (although I'm a great blue-fan). I think red is fitting better to Arashi.

The sharpness of the character versus the softness of the background is a little harsh on my eyes... but I absolutely love the use of colour here. Maybe red would be "better" as some of the other comments suggest, but congrats on using a colour not usually associated with the character and making it work very well. Nice work.
