So after more than a year of not reading anything Bleach, I caught up with about
a 100 chapters of the manga and I am completely up to date! Didn't take long,
because Bleach isn't exactly dialogue heavy 
I have to admit, this wasn't an image I would normally use, mostly because it
was cut off on the arm and would have to lead to a side oriented design. In
fact, I really haven't done a wallpaper without a complete image (or an image I
could restore) in ages. And... I think it shows 
Anyhow, smoky, nighttime and sands fits the Hueco Mundo look, which hopefully you can tell I was going for. All the background stuff was made based on the screen shots and spreads in the manga, and from there I colored it in a style that I felt would match the scan.
Topped it off with a scan texture by Dioma (http://dioma.deviantart.com) to give
it a rougher look, else it would have a glossy finish

Beautiful wallpaper! This is definitely one of the prettiest (if not the prettiest O: ) wallpapers of Ulquiorra I've ever seen. I love the scan you used! The background is very nice, too. <3 Great work, I think this should be highlighted or in the elite gallery! x3

Wow! I am not usually very fond of Ulquiorra wallpapers but this one is truly amazing! It is so beautiful that I actually can't find words to describe it. The atmosphere fits the character very well.

Almost missed this because the thumbnail didn't really grab me, since to me the mist and moon seemed kinda stereotypical. Then I full-viewed over at Ningen and could have kicked myself.
