Oh looky, it's my birthday present to myself 
. Well
actually I shouldn't say it like that, more like this is my way of celebrating
to myself 
. Although there's no specific reason why I chose this vector for my
birthday, though the colours remind me of birthday colours for some reason.
Yesh, I is 18 now.
The vector turned out to be a bit more challenging than I thought. The
colouring! It looks so simple yet it wasn't! There's a lot of shades of pink in
there . And looky at the thinner outlines! Yes, I tried to go thinner again, I
thought it would look nice with this vec. There are some pretty nice Shuffle
scans, ne? Besides the ecchi ones. Pretty Asa-sempai 
(The title has really nothing to do with the vector, but oh well 
.)
I finished this one a few days ago but wanted to submit it on the actual day. Can't think of much else to say about it so onto my lists and stuff!
Hardest part: The annoying frills, and the design on the blue bow.
Easiest part: Choosing the colours.
Most fun part: Hair.

So sorry there's not much to say, but really this is nice. I wouldn't really make a vector for myself because I don't tink I really deerve one.
Yeah, I noticed that those blue frills would've been difficult especially they're just lines. Not much to say about it, but words can't decribe it enough.
I'm so glad that you're 18 now, but since it's on September I'd feel quite young.
