@.@... about 390 paths. How many hours? Unknow, i get lazy pretty often... so i may give up for several weeks then come back to it when i feel like it >.>... This is a newbie vector lol... so don't expect it to be that great.. I removed the random spots because it wouldn't work well if you weren't going for a grungy-like background. Anyways... the vector just... isn't that great....

Looks great, but I might question his choice to wear a bell...
this caught my eye because I vectored it too for a wallpaper two years ago
I think it's well done. My only advice is that you should connect all the lines
I know the scan was like that but when vectoring we should always connect the lines and such.

I don't particularly like how you used regular lines for the gloved hand when you relied heavily on shadowed regions to create the sense of outlines in his coat. I like what you did with the coat, and compared to that style the hand stands out as an incongruity.
nice vector for a start, but yeah it does look a bit odd with those regular lines in some places and dynamic lines in other place.

I like how you've kept it to pure manga Black & White as it keeps that striking look. It's a little inconsistent, but you'll no doubt improve soon!
