Hello, it's been quite a while! I wasn't active on MT because I was making this for Vectory's contest. It took me almost two weeks but I finally completed it. *gets a glass of water and throws it in her face* I'M AWAKE!
I sacrificed video games, reading manga, and didn't go outside for five days in
a row to get this damn vector done. I was worried about if I was able to do the
background or not, so I rushed the coloring until I would get to the background
(don't worry, I adjusted the color before I submitted this 
).
To answer any questions, yes, the background is completely painted. No filters, none. None at all. Absolutely...none. None. *coughs* Alright, I'll stop...XD
I was going to put this in the Wallpaper section since its dimensions are that of a wallpaper's, but I decided not to because is part of my Special Vector project, despite it being for a contest. Long story. =_=
For Vectory's contest, this vector is based on Mandy Moore's "Extraordinary":

Oh, and please notify any mistakes or color leaks you may find. I didn't really check that thoroughly for any mistakes. If you find any, please let me know. ^_^

I love the vector, extremely clean a well done, the colors are so cool
The only thing that bothers me are her legs, the painting looks odd :s

Whoa! This is just beautiful! I really fell in love with the background. Such an interesting perspective and your clouds are way better than mine.
I'm
glad to see someone at least painted the clouds for once because recently I've
been seeing ppl just use stock images.
