This vector is dedicated to Kitten. 
It's
quite like a thank you for the present she made for me. Her wallpapers may not
be that great, but the ideas are just wonderful.

Sorry if I'm not going to type so much. It's because I stayed up until 3:19am while a lot you must've been asleep unlike me. D: I'm pretty tired and to think school starts at 7:25am. D: I have to wake up early so that I can post the vector earlier.
Now about this vector I regret the fact I procrastinated on it. I got so distracted by the T.V. and on Sunday I was hanging out with my sister's friends on a very hot day. I don't like the heat so it was very challenging when I came back home to vector Kira & Lacus. @_@ I started having to push myself finishing this after seeing Ash's wallpaper and comment. I felt crushed as I saw her wallpaper got so much. She's so lucky! Well I'm quite done feeling disappointed after playing endless sad songs while in the procress trying to finish the vector.
The outlines of it was difficult. You'll noticed I started in the beginning of
Lacus hair and some of outlines bangs are a little bolder than the rest. I'm not
sure how that happen. I think there's quite a lot of mistakes, but still I'm
just so tired and I tried my best. Last, but not least I used the repeated
background again for like 2 times. Hope you don't mind. Someday I'm going to fix
the flower braches and make them smoother when I have more time. The coloring of
course I didn't like, but with the help of entity-san's adjustment
hue/saturation was indeed very useful in my vector works. 
Well I'm going to be falling asleep at least once in my class periods. I can bet you that. >:o
Critics are welcome and the more you pester me the more likely I'll adjust
whatever is bothering you.
Can't wait to see this out of a wallpaper. I was going to try, but I'm not doing
it anytime sooner I'll let everyone else try. Though remember to please credit
me or ask permission (meaning you won't have to credit me. )
Except for Kitten since this was dedicated to you. Plus
I'm actually deciding those who are on my friendlist & who talk to me will
have the opportunity to use this vector without credit.
