Long live Jigoku Shoujo 
This is a wallpaper i made several days ago.....after i saw Sharinganknights
Jigoku wallpaper i got a interest in the anime and also wanted to make a
wallpaper(got inspired to) So this is the end Results.....i also got the
palletes from the same place as him....http://patterns.ming-ling.net/, and the
texture (cant remember, so long ago when i got it)
but it's also a known site......
for this wallpaper, i didn't really have somthing in my head on how it should
have looked like, infact, i wanted to use the whole scan, but after vectoring
abit i wanted to see hwo it looked with what i just made so far, nd after just
looking it came to just add a few effects, and a few effects it came to a ''just
a pallete'', and just this and just this and that...so in the end it was a
wallpaper instead 
how maney layers i used on this, cant say for sure, many i guess (to many
to count? nah?)
There is not really much to say...or better said i'm just so bad at explaining
that there is nothing more to explain...besides how much i love the gradient i
used for the hair...and how much i love the BG i made for my Cell phone (i just
love the Jigoku Shoujo cell phone Bg i made)
thats that...i suck at explaining..well anyway, i hope you guys will like it
EDIT: even if it shows bad quality i nthe thumb nail it's not bad, it's very good, just open the real size, and yes, i knwo this is not like Sk's, i just wanted to make a wallpaper like his....and also note that alot of Jigoku Shoujo wallpapers are textured and palleted(most that it is)

I don't think you quite got the look that Sharingan achieved (mind you, i'm not the one who should judge) but the vector was quite well done and i like the progression of the colour in her hair. Keep one thing in mind though - admiration and imitation are two things that should be kept well apart.

geeez... This wallpaper is awesome!. It has not only magnifficant vector! THose colors of gradient, the look of patterns! I love it, it is a masterpiece! This gradient is so good! Emma's hair are looking so beautifull! My fav!
nicely done! I really like the style of the vector, and the dynamic composition, as well as the textures. though I'm not too sure about the blue in her hair, doesn't seem to fit with the red theme of the background and flower...

The thick, red outline almost scares me, but very nice vector work!
It's qiote well-done, except for the patterns. The pattern quality could be improved I think. It's a bit blurry and contrasting to the vectors.
Anyway, nice work. =D

the chara looks good and the colours work fine with everything, i like the style and the charas clothes look very good too.

I know the pattern fits with the character. When I took a look, it seemed good enough to place in for the character. I know other characters the pattern wouldn't be good for, but this one seems good enough.
