I've been away for quite a while ... Found a job in a clothes store that I can do twice a week because I'm almost finished with my lessons at university ... that's nice but also making me nervous because I can feel that my life is about to change soon. ^^ Since everything is a bit more settled now at least for a while ... I should be able to find more time again for Minitokyo. Got so many submission to look through... and guestbook comments to reply. Sorry for letting you wait ...
About this wallpaper... I found the scan in DREAMs gallery. I somehow fell in love
with it... I'm missing the cute rabbit in my wallpaper... but it didn't fit into
my idea. The whole setting with the two in the spiderweb has some meaning to
me... but I won't write all this down... 
The mix of white and black was what I wanted to play with in this wallpaper...
It took me 3 nights only... so it's certainly not my most time consuming
wallpaper but I still like it somehow. I hope some of you do too. 
I did the outlines in Illustrator, the coloring in Photoshop... It was relaxing
to work on this wallpaper, gave me a little break from all the thoughts about
life, future etc. 
Well I'd be glad if some of you like the result.

Lady Regenbogen, you "somehow fell in love" with Miggy's art? jk actually i am really glad to see such a talented artiste like your-self make walls from the artwork.
i always had a special place in my heart for Miggy's art since it seems to concern [to me] the relationship of say a brother & sister versus the typical lasicivious one so prevalent & popular on Mt generally. basically it's a "pure" relationship. i hope that makes sense.
the wall: the first thing i thought of for some reason was Coldplay's "Trouble" song; actually i am listening to that song as i type this.. i think your wall [ i could be wrong] is darker than the original art. the spiderwebs, the placement of the two.
beautiful vectoring as always and i love how they are melded inot the spiderwebs.
i must ask- can you tell me why her boots and more importantly her face and body are darkened? i would love to read some insight into that.. ^^

But I'm surprised that you took this for an incredibly dark wallpapr :P The original is so light- but the manipulation you have done is really quite striking o.o Subtle use of textures also never ceases to amaze me >D
I was actually... quote shocked to see the difference between the original scan and your wallpaper. You dressed them whole inside out.
The big change you've made has obviously changed the meaning as well, right?

This wall gives me a very dark feeling, though I'm not quite sure what kind of feeling I'm having when I look at your wall, because most of the walls you do are quite intriguing, and it's rather very hard to be expressed by words. It's nice if you could see my face when I look at it coz it'll definitely solve my words problem.
