This is definately one of your best, in my opinion. The fire looks great and the scan fits perfectly into the whole idea. My only problem is the font, but I can ignore that :P

I like the swirling fire and the Rasengan, those are done nicely. The scan of Naruto is good too...fits well with the wallpaper. I like the bg work too. Nice work all around.

Uchiha Senpai done a great job on the fire. It looks so 'alive' with such dark background. However, the grandness of the fire make Naruto a little bit 'drowned'. Perhaps it would look better if you draw Naruto a little bit bigger as he is the main point of attention you would like people to see.
