just finished this yesterday.. it's kind of simple D:
i don't remember who the artist is too. oh yeah if you look closely you should
noticed the colors are out of lines, that was intentional.
and the lines are kind of wavy and uneven too.
but overall i like the color and sorry for the blank background but i don't have any ideas of what to put in it x-x;; and where is that wind coming from? D:

It's nice and simple, like you said and I like how some of the lines and colors were purposely out of line. Makes it seem...lazy.

I love the uneven lines. It makes it seem more of a freestyle draw. The detail in the hair is awesome. As for the wind, maybe she has a fan going?
