if you are capable of make such a relaxing/calming/beautiful scence you can say you can transforme peace into art, seriously the colors, the perspective, the coming essence all combined seems like a simple painting but still with a really strong power of attraction to the eye....the only thing that I dont know, dont quite match is the text you put on it...anyway..
wish I could in a canvas to do such a thing....guess I'm afraid to screw up everything.

wow, the background is beautifully painted, and I love the mix of greens and blues in the textures.

I'm not sure about the text placement though. The way you have it makes the perspective of the floor look weird... 'cause the text is straight, while the floor is slanted due to perspective, so there's a conflict, you know? (am I confusing you? sorry )

Wow! You painted all of that! That's such a wonderful scereny all done by hand. It's so lovely and a beautiful sight if I was up there watching through the window. This wallpaper deserves to go into the elite gallery. Not much wallpaper in an anime series would have not picture of a character. You really did well making the transmutation circle in a different way of looking and instead of the picture you had that just shows the whole transmutation circle and not in a vertical way you put it. Such an excellent job and instantly it goes in my favs.

waah ~ this is wonderful ! really love the bluish and greenish colours you have chosen, they are so peaceful and some way they give mysticalness for the atmosphere. the light orangish colour on the floor and between the mountains fits with the bluish and greenish colours really nicely it's also brings brightening and light effect well from the window. inaccuracy look on the background over the mountains gives feeling that there would be light mist which emphasize the mysterious touch in them. light coming from window looks nice and shadings it creates are pretty, especially the parts where orangish colour blends with bluish and greenish tones. that cirle on the ground is nice detail and fits well for the theme. the glowing effect the circle has gives magical touch and with the background it creates some way little fantasy like touch for the atmosphere. overall wallpaper is very neat ~ though it looks simple, it's still pretty and interesting ! great work and thank you for sharing !
