Really nice wallie! Is that Eruru from Utawarerumono? I really like what you did with the water and the background! The only thing is that I'm not a huge fan of the bird on her arm (it doesn't really look like it fits with the background). But otherwise great job!

I liked both the scan and the bg, but somehow they don't seem to fit eachother~
The light on the girl is so blue and... well, lighty, while the bg is a dark nightscape... even if the water's shine was so bright, at least the top of her (the head and such~ ) should be darker...
Also, you see that cute pet on her? You forgot to extract the part below his feet~
I hope you don't mind my criticism, I know you can emprove this one a lot. ^_^
