wow, its so pretty! love the colours n the effect in the middle ... o-o ! so pretty~ great job!

mhm ... the wings (or whatever they are) are awkward .... should't they be on her back? And as far as I see, her back is facing toward us o_O;
Also, the dots in the bg are too crisp (same with the edges of the char, too crisp at some places), bluring would help. Also ... the "wind" effect on the petals is strange .... I'd go wthout it.
oh, in the end ... the spiral in the bg is quite distractive o_O;

I only wish my word were able to deafen out those of all the other commenters. This peice is amazing. Why? Because it has Clarity and Focus. You know EXACTLY what this peice is aiming for, its not a romp in photoshop. Your skills are soo amazing, i tremble at the mere thought of your creativity! Im not one to criticize and critiqe so i wont. Because i cant, it just simply is not possible! Like dividing by zero, it is. I think it's a little bit center-heavy, but I love how you've designed those wings! The swirling form in the middle was also a great idea, I'm just not sure how I like the overall composition.
