I do like the clouds, but I think the sky should be in darker hues to make all the light stuff (feathers, girl, moon, etc.) to stand out more. Ooo, shiny stars... (O_O)

an interesting contrast... a cute blue-dressed angel set in stormy gray clouds with a giant gray-scale moon. The character evicts feelings of happy-happy, but the scenery brings this "storm's commin'" mood.
Good clean combination of the elements but it leaves me confused. >.>

I very much like the background you added ot this lovely image ^_^ It has a misty, magical feeling.
