Great composition, and the red rose is really a great touch. The only minor problem I see is the text...IMO, it doesn't blend with the background.

Hm...been getting anime 1-liners stuck in my head recently. "So no me" is going to start on repeat now, too.
But why only 1024x768? If you're going to take the trouble to vector, why not 1600x1200?
&, hm, I think the rose could use a little more texture.
